- Clinical features
- Multiple darkly pigmented, soft papules/plaques
- Greasy, wax-like
- “Stuck-on” appearance
- May be pruritic
- May bleed easily
- Increase in number and size with time
- Treatment
- No treatment necessary
- Cryotherapy, laser, excision for cosmetic reasons
