    • Multiple darkly pigmented, soft papules/plaques
    • Greasy, wax-like
    • “Stuck-on” appearance
    • May be pruritic
    • May bleed easily
    • Increase in number and size with time
  • Treatment
    • No treatment necessary
    • Cryotherapy, laser, excision for cosmetic reasons
