    • 20 – 40 years
  • Clinical features
    • Locally aggressive tumour (borderline between benign and malignant)
    • Most commonly in distal femur or proximal tibia, close to the knee
    • High recurrence rate
    • Deep persistent pain
    • Pathological fractures
  • Diagnosis
    • X-ray: Multi-cystic osteolytic lesions
  • Treatment
    • Curettage and filling of the tumour with bone cement
