  • Risk factor: UV exposure
  • Clinical features
    • Small lesion with rough surface
    • -> lesion grows and becomes erythematous and scaly
    • On sun-exposed areas
    • May develop into a cutaneous horn
  • Treatment
    • Few lesions
      • Cryotherapy
    • Many lesions
      • 5-FU
      • Imiquimod
    • Prevention with sunscreen
