Description:

We can see many small yellowish-greyish dots everywhere on the surface, but especially on the top part. The background is grey.

Diagnosis: Miliary tuberculosis

Causes:

  • Primary progressive tuberculosis
    • Due to mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in immunodeficient persons
