From the anaplastic brain carcinoma slide. Note how each cell has a different sized cytoplasm, differently sized nucleus and stain differently (some have very pale nuclei, some very dark). Note that this picture is taken from a cancer slide and not from a slide with just dysplasia. It’s only used to show pleiomorphism.
