This picture shows the differentiation of T helper cells to Th1 or Th2 cells. Recall that dendritic cells produce IL-12 in response to intracellular bacteria or viruses, and IL-4 in response to parasites. You absolutely do not have to know everything on this figure but note especially how Th2 inhibit Th1 cells and vice versa
