- Common clinical features
- Palpable purpuras
- Erythematous papules
- Urticaria
- Systemic symptoms
- Fever
- Myalgia
- Arthralgia
- Renal disease
- Prognosis
- 90% spontaneously resolve within months
- 10% become chronic or recurrent
