- Prodromal stage
- Weeks before onset of blistering
- Urticarial lesions
- Large, tense, subepidermal bulla
- Don’t rupture easily
- Intensely pruritic
- Lower limbs, axilla
- Rarely oral involvement

- Negative Nikolsky
- Histology and immunofluorescence
- Treatment
- Prednisone (0,5 – 1 mg/bwkg)
- Azathioprine, immunosuppressants
