      • Refractory unilateral sinusitis

        • Numbness of cheek

      • Search for lymph node metastases
      • CT/MRi
    • Treatment
      • Surgery and postoperative radiation
      • Facial reconstruction
      • Neck dissection if metastases (only 20% of cases)
