  • Etiology
    • Viral infections
    • Autoimmune connective tissue diseases
    • Haematological malignancies
  • Clinical features
    • Palpable purpura (in 90%)
    • Myalgia
    • Arthralgia
    • Peripheral neuropathy
    • Glomerulonephritis
  • Diagnosis
    • Examination of cryoglobulins in blood during attack
  • Treatment
    • Treat underlying disease
    • If severe
      • Steroids
      • Immunosuppressants
      • Biological therapy
